The modular system is designed for use with various opening directions and all sizes and shapes of, for example, combi and convection ovens available in the market. The modular design allows for different functions, such as a simple hook-locking mechanism or a multi-stage compression with ventilation position. The system is designed, engineered, and tested (with at least 500,000 cycles) to meet the demanding requirements of large-scale kitchens in the gastronomy or baking industry. Frequent staff changes, rough handling, and fast movements necessitate a robust, reliable, precise, and safe operation. To ensure the desired sealing pressure when closing the door, the three closure mechanisms can be precisely adjusted in length.

In the design of THERMOLOX, the engineers at STUV made no compromises. Instead of using sheet metal strikes/locking elements, stainless steel strikes/locking elements were used in THERMOLOX, ensuring long-lasting and precise functionality. Time and time again.
